The Bush administration has slashed the proposed public broadcasting budget by 56 percent -- putting at risk vital news, educational and cultural programming that millions of Americans say they prefer to commercial media. Congress must stand with the millions of Americans who have acted in the past against such drastic cuts. The Senate is going to vote on the Bush cuts tomorrow. You have the power to make sure they protect public broadcasting.
